Practice
Ms. Lightstone advises clients on all aspects of environmental law, oil and gas law, and tribal resource and jurisdictional issues. She also represents clients in all phases of complex commercial and environmental litigation, including the negotiation of complex settlements.
Ms. Lightstone, an active cyclist, has also been providing legal assistance in the development of the Johan Bruyneel Cycling Academy in Albuquerque and the development of a pro-level continental U.S. team registered and headquartered in Albuquerque. She also served on the non-profit board of The Access Fund, the national advocacy organization for climbing in the United States.
