Mr. Ausherman joined the firm in 1979. His practice is concentrated primarily in environmental, energy, and natural resources and energy law, involving permitting practice before administrative agencies, negotiation and drafting of agreements relating to mineral development, litigation, and environmental issues.
Mr. Ausherman handles litigation and administrative matters concerning mining, oil and gas, water rights, public lands and timber, and Indian law. His practice also includes negotiation and drafting of agreements pertaining to energy and minerals development.
Additionally, Mr. Ausherman's practice includes litigation of environmental contamination issues, compliance counseling, regulatory enforcement proceedings, environmental assessments, environmental implications of commercial and real estate transactions, and administrative practice.
