Mr. Bousliman practices in Modrall Sperling's Litigation Department. Prior to joining Modrall Sperling, Mr. Bousliman served as a law clerk to Dean Robert Desiderio at the University of New Mexico School of Law. As a law clerk, he addressed litigation and tax issues for The University of New Mexico's Lobo Energy Corporation.

Civic Activities
Significantly involved in the community and The University of New Mexico, Mr. Bousliman became the youngest member ever of the University Board of Regents in 1999 and served as its secretary in 2000. He is also an active member of the Albuquerque Community Foundation.
