Mr. Bousliman practices as a shareholder in Modrall Sperling's Litigation Department. Within the Litigation Department, Mr. Bousliman has focused on commercial contract disputes, creditor's rights in bankruptcy, collections and construction law.

Civic Activities
Significantly involved in the community, Mr. Bousliman is currently serving as the Vice-President of the Albuquerque Bar Association and President of The University of New Mexico Alumni Letterman's Association. Mr. Bousliman became the youngest member ever of the University Board of Regents in 1999 and served as its secretary in 2000. He is also an active member of the Albuquerque Community Foundation.
