Practice
Mr. DeCandia is the Chair of the firm's Tort, Product Liability and Railroad Group and practices primarily in tort, products liability and insurance law (including life, health and disability insurance litigation), as well as commercial litigation and class actions. Mr. DeCandia has extensive experience in ERISA litigation, having represented insurers, HMOs, self-funded plans and third-party administrators and also represents manufacturers in tire failure litigation.
