Practice
Mr. Ek has practiced law since 1966 and his current practice is limited primarily to banking, real estate, and commercial finance. He represents financial institutions, local and regional real estate developers and other entities and individuals on real estate related matters.
After practicing with the firm for over 29 years, Dale served as General Counsel to Boatmen's Sunwest and First Place Financial Corporation, as well as Associate Counsel to NationsBank. He rejoined the firm on February 15, 2000.
