Ms. Hernandez practices in the firm's Litigation Department and her practice is concentrated in the areas of nursing home litigation and insurance defense. Ms. Hernandez has also practiced in the areas of education, employment, and civil rights.
Prior to joining Modrall, Sperling, Roehl, Harris & Sisk, P.A., Ms. Hernandez served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Joseph F. Baca, Senior Justice for the New Mexico Supreme Court.
