Practice
Ms. Mann works primarily in employment law, insurance coverage defense, class action and complex litigation. She represents clients in federal and state litigation arising under state and federal employment law, as well as in administrative proceedings. Ms. Mann also served for five years as Editor in Chief of the New Mexico Labor Letter, a monthly publication on employment law that served New Mexico employers until it was retired.

She is also a member of the Employment Law Section of the New Mexico Bar, the ABA Litigation Section, and the ABA Tort and Insurance Practices Section, and the International Association of Defense Counsel.
