Mr. McFall works primarily in civil litigation with an emphasis on employment law, civil rights, education law, and appellate practice. He is chair of the Employment Group under the Litigation Department. He is recognized by the New Mexico Board of Legal Specialization as a specialist in Employment Law. Mr. McFall chairs Modrall Sperling's Employment Law practice group.
Mr. McFall has previously served on the State Bar Committee on Alternative Dispute Resolution, the State Bar Specialty Committee on Employment Law, and as an adjunct professor at the University of New Mexico School of Law. He is currently a member of the American Bar Association (Sections of Tort & Insurance Practice, Labor & Employment, Appellate Practice, Litigation and Law Practice Management), the National Association of School Board Attorneys, New Mexico Association of School Board Attorneys, the New Mexico Defense Lawyers Association, the H. Vearle Payne Inn of Court (Master Bencher), and the Albuquerque Bar Association.
