Practice

Mr. Parker concentrates his practice in federal taxation, estate planning and health care law. A large part of his practice relates to representation of small businesses and professional practice groups and the design of qualified and non-qualified retirement plans.

Speeches/Presentations

Mr. Parker has made presentations at numerous professional meetings and at the annual convention of the State Bar of New Mexico. He has also been a speaker at seminars sponsored by the Enrolled Actuaries, the Southwest Pension Conference, and the New Mexico Society of Certified Public Accountants.In addition, he has made presentations for Family Business Succession - New Mexico, and the Estate Planning Counsel - November, 2006.
