Practice:
Mr. Rogers has tried cases throughout the federal and state court systems, including administrative, district court and appellate courts. He is admitted to the 10th Circuit, Federal Circuit and U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Rogers practices primarily in litigation, administrative law, wills and trusts, disputes, and natural resources. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as a Legislative Assistant to United States Senator Harrison H. Schmitt and was involved in natural resources, antitrust and telecommunications issues.
