Practice Description

Mr. Schneebeck defends businesses in medical device, pharmaceutical and other products litigation, along with class actions of a wide variety (insurance, products, antitrust, securities and consumer protection).  Schneebeck has defended cases in state and federal courts in New Mexico, and in state or federal courts in eight other states.  He has also represented clients before the New Mexico State Bar Disciplinary Board, the New Mexico Board of Pharmacy and the New Mexico Counseling and Therapy Practice Board.  Mr. Schneebeck serves on Modrall Sperling's Executive Committee and chairs the Firm's Class Actions and Mass Torts Practice Group.
