Mr. Artuso is a trial lawyer with a wide range of experience in all aspects of civil litigation. His cases involve such diverse topics as employment law (including both defense and prosecution of claims for breach of employment contracts, covenants not to compete and immigration matters), insurance law (including both defense and prosecution of claims for bad faith, agent misrepresentation, breach of contract, and declaratory judgment actions regarding coverage), construction disputes (including both defense and prosecution of claims for defective workmanship, materialmen liens, and contract disputes), intellectual property (including both defense and prosecution of claims for copyright and trademark infringement, trade dress, trade secrets, tortious interference, and unfair competition), and estate and trust litigation (including claims of undue influence and tortuous interference with prospective inheritances).
