Practice
Mr. Vadnais' practice emphasizes commercial litigation, including creditor representation in both business and consumer bankruptcy cases, foreclosure of commercial or residential real estate and security interests, and contract disputes. Mr. Vadnais also represents clients in matters related to real estate litigation and transaction matters.
Mr. Vadnais regularly appears in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Mexico and in both state and federal courts throughout New Mexico.
Professional Activities
Mr. Vadnais is a member of the New Mexico Defense Lawyers Association, New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association, the American Bankruptcy Institute, and the Local Rules Committee for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Mexico. Mr. Vadnais has served as a member and as Chair of the Board of Directors of the Bankruptcy Section of the State Bar of New Mexico. He is a member of the state bar sections on Bankruptcy Law, Business Law, Commercial Litigation, Real Property/Probate/Trust, and Trial Practice. He is also a member of the American Bar Association and belongs to the Sections on Business Law, Tort & Insurance Practice, Litigation, and Real Property/Probate/Trust.
