Tim De Young is a member of the firm's Natural Resources Department where his primary areas of practice are water law and commercial litigation. In water law matters, Tim represents both public and private sector clients with respect to water rights due diligence, administrative and judicial proceedings pertaining to water rights transfers, stream adjudications, and alternative dispute resolution. Tim has published several articles, provided expert testimony, and spoken frequently about various water law topics. With respect to litigation, Tim represents both plaintiffs and defendants in complex litigation involving natural resources, environmental, and commercial disputes.
