Mr. Petersen's practice is in general civil litigation. As a member of Modrall Sperling's Litigation Department, he works primarily in commercial litigation and employment law. While attending law school, Mr. Petersen worked as an extern in the economic crimes division at the U.S. Attorney's Office and as a judicial intern for Federal Magistrate Craig B. Shaffer.
