Ms. Shea practices primarily in the probate, estate planning, and the federal, state and local taxation group. Ms. Shea also represents financial institutions in bankruptcy proceedings in United State Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Mexico, and she defends employers and small businesses in commercial litigation and employment and workers' compensation cases.
Some of Ms. Shea's specialized work includes assisting family members in disputed probate matters and helping charitable organizations remain in compliance with the rules governing tax-exempt organizations.
