Practice

Mr. Park's primary practice is in civil litigation. As a member of Modrall Sperling's Litigation Department, he represents a broad spectrum of clients in defending against personal injury and premises liability claims, product defect allegations, contract disputes, natural resources matters and employment disputes. Mr. Park appears in both state and federal court and routinely participates in mediations, arbitrations and other settlement facilitations. Mr. Park also has extensive experience litigating and enforcing mandatory arbitration clauses in contracts.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Park was a Judicial Clerk for The Honorable James M. Johnson of the Washington State Supreme Court. During law school, he served as a judicial extern for The Honorable Lynn B. Davis of the Utah Fourth District Court. Mr. Park received his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University, where he was accepted into the Honors Public Relations program. He later obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California, where he was Managing Editor of the Southern California Review of Law and Social Justice and President of the Federalist Society for Law and Public Policy.

Mr. Park holds a Master of Arts in Communication Law and Policy from the University of Southern California, Annenberg School for Communication, where he received High Honors marks for his Master's thesis. He is also proficient in Spanish.
