Practice:
Mr. Edelman's primary practice is in civil litigation and creditors' rights. As a member of Modrall Sperling's Litigation Department, he represents a broad spectrum of clients in defending against personal injury and premises liability claims, contract disputes, neighborhood association disputes, landlord and tenant issues, and natural resources matters. In the creditors' rights area he represents banks and other creditors in foreclosures and collections actions.
Mr. Edelman received his undergraduate degree from Macalester College cum laude, where he was a two-year captain of the varsity tennis team. He later obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona, where he co-founded the Wills for Heroes Pro Bono Organization to get law students involved in the Wills for Heroes program in Arizona.
