Megan Muirhead Returns to Modrall Sperling
Megan Muirhead has returned to Modrall Sperling, and will concentrate her practice in the areas of Product Liability, Class Actions and Employment Litigation. She has extensive experience representing pharmaceutical companies and medical device companies against individual, multi-defendant and class action claims. Ms. Muirhead joined Modrall Sperling in 1997 and took a leave of absence in 2010 to care for her children.
Muirhead is actively involved in the legal and local community. She is a member of the State Bar of New Mexico, where she sits on the Committee on the Judiciary. She also serves on the Editorial Board of the New Mexico Defense Lawyers Association and is a member of the Defense Research Institute. Muirhead also engages in weekly volunteer activities with Albuquerque Public Schools.
A graduate of University of Michigan with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science, Muirhead also received her J.D. at University of Michigan. She is a member of both the New Mexico and Michigan Bar Association.
