Megan Muirhead – New Shareholder at Modrall Sperling
Modrall Sperling is pleased to announce Megan T. Muirhead has been elected as shareholder.
Megan concentrates her practice in the areas of employment, commercial litigation and product liability. She defends regional and national clients against claims involving personal injury, premises liability, civil rights, product defect and statutory violations. She also counsels business clients on a variety of matters affecting the workplace including disciplinary and dispute resolution procedures, discrimination issues, family medical leave, and harassment and litigation prevention. Megan received her law degree and undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan. She has achieved an AV® rating from Martindale-Hubbell, and named a Future Star in litigation by Benchmark Litigation.
