Representing Clients Before Government & Other Agencies

We also have extensive background representing energy, energy fuels and utility clients before local governments, the New Mexico Environment Department and the State Land Office. We provide counsel regarding developments on Indian land and help businesses doing business with public utilities. New Mexico's U.S. Senators Jeff Bingaman and Pete Domenici are the Chairman and Ranking Member, respectively, of the Senate's Energy and Natural Resources Committee.
