Pro Bono

Our Commitment to Providing Pro Bono Legal Services

Modrall Sperling is committed to providing pro bono legal services and to support public interest activities. Our lawyers are expected to provide a portion of their professional services at no fee or at a reduced fee to persons of limited means and/or to public service or charitable organizations. Through pro bono service, we use our training and experience to make a significant impact in our communities.

Our Range of Pro Bono Work

Modrall Sperling has recently provided pro bono services in bankruptcy, criminal, employment, environmental, family, property, and taxation matters. Through a program administered by the Legal Aid Society of Albuquerque, we have recently handled a number of Social Security disability cases for persons of limited means. We also regularly serve on the Boards of Directors of non-profit organizations.
