Albuquerque attorney Michelle A. Hernandez , of Modrall Sperling, has been selected as a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America. Ms. Hernandez is a litigator whose practice is concentrated in the areas of nursing home litigation and insurance defense. Ms. Hernandez received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1997.

The Litigation Counsel of America is a trial lawyer honorary society comprised of experienced and effective litigators throughout the United States, and represents less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers. Fellowship in the LCA is limited and by invitation only.
