Matthew W. Park recently joined Modrall Sperling as an Associate in the firm's Litigation Department. In his most recent professional experience, Mr. Park was a Judicial Clerk for The Honorable James M. Johnson of the Washington State Supreme Court. During law school, he served as a judicial extern for The Honorable Lynn B. Davis of the Utah Fourth District Court.

Mr. Park received his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University, where he was accepted into the Honors Public Relations program. He later obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California, where he was Managing Editor of the Southern California Review of Law and Social Justice and President of the Federalist Society for Law and Public Policy.

Mr. Park also holds a Master of Arts in Communication Law and Policy from the University of Southern California, Annenberg School for Communication, where he received High Honors for his Master's thesis.
