Our real estate lawyers represent buyers and sellers of commercial property, mineral properties, ranches, property held for conservation purposes, and property to be developed for residential use. We work with tax free exchanges, federal land exchanges, and real estate issues arising from the ownership and transfer of mineral estates and water rights. We provide advice to landlords and tenants regarding leases and perform significant retail lease work.

Our Range of Representation

We also assist clients in land use planning and zoning issues, representing them in front of governmental boards and commissions for purposes of obtaining necessary zoning approvals, changes, and permits. Our attorneys have also represented clients regarding real estate interests (including easements and licenses), land use, and zoning before trial and appellate courts. We are aware of our clients' concerns for efficient and effective governmental processes, and strive to advise clients in a manner allowing them to complete the approval process expediently.
