RETA Rulemakings on Eminent Domain and Project Participation Criteria

New Mexico’s Renewable Energy Transmission Authority (“RETA”) recently issued two proposed rulemakings and a policy governing rulemakings. The proposed rulemakings address the process for RETA to exercise eminent domain, and the criteria for proposed rules are available here.
