Cristina Mulcahy and Benjamin Nucci Join Firm

Modrall Sperling is pleased to announce two associates have joined the firm, Cristina Mulcahy and Benjamin Nucci.

Cristina Mulcahy is an associate in the firm’s Litigation group.  Her legal interests encompass various aspects of natural resource law, including mining and oil and gas, and Creditor’s Rights and Bankruptcy.  Cristina received her law degree cum laude from Texas Tech University School of Law, where she served as the Organizational Developmental Chair for the Texas Tech Administrative Law Journal.  Before attending law school, Cristina worked as a treasury analyst and operational risk specialist at a global investment bank.

Benjamin Nucci is an associate in the Natural Resources Practice Group. His legal interests include mining, oil and gas, and water law. Benjamin hails from Melbourne, Australia where he completed his undergraduate degree in Psychology from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.  He received his Juris Doctor cum laude from the University of Arizona.  While attending law school, Benjamin served as Articles Manager of the Arizona Journal of Environmental Law & Policy and represented Arizona twice at the Jeffrey G. Miller Pace National Environmental Law Moot Court Competition in 2012 and 2013.  Benjamin expects to complete his Australian law degree (LL.B) at the end of 2014.
