Attorney Carl Lisberger Joins Modrall Sperling
Modrall Sperling is pleased to announce that Carl Lisberger has joined the firm’s Albuquerque office.
Carl’s practice focuses on real estate and commercial transactions and lending. He provides counsel to renewable energy developers and a variety of public and private entities in real estate and corporate matters. Carl assists clients with the preparation, review, and negotiation of leases, purchase agreements and other real estate and business documents. In addition, he advises non-profit and for-profit entities on entity selection and formation, governance, and other issues.
Carl graduated from Harvard Law School, where he participated in the Emmett Environmental Law and Policy Clinic and the Harvard Prison Legal Assistance Project.
