Andrew Indahl focuses his practice on commercial litigation, eminent domain and condemnation, torts and personal injury, employment law, and civil rights defense. Using his decade of legal experience and his Master’s degree in Business Administration, he advises businesses and individuals on issues related to commercial litigation, employment, natural resources, real estate and personal injury. Southwest Super Lawyers® selected Andrew as a Southwest Rising Star in 2015.
After receiving his undergraduate degree in Economics from Wheaton College, Illinois, Andrew received his law degree from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he was a member of the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law. Prior to joining Modrall Sperling, Andrew served in the United States Air Force Judge Advocate General’s Corps, where he served as the U.S. Air Force’s liaison with the Turkish Air Force 10th Tanker Squadron in Incirlik, Turkey, negotiated conflicts under the Defense and Economic Cooperation Agreement between the U.S. and Turkey, advised military commanders on compliance with regulations and Law of Armed Conflict, and litigated jury trials across Europe and Central Asia. After separating from the Air Force in 2010, he returned with his family to Albuquerque and transitioned into civilian practice, litigating commercial, securities, civil rights, and business torts in State and Federal Court in New Mexico. He completed his M.B.A. at UCLA in 2016.
