Jamie Allen’s practice focuses on natural resource law, including energy matters and right-of-way issues. Jamie has experience working on Native American law matters including economic development in Indian country. She also assists in litigation involving personal injury and tort liability, and with employment law matters.
Jamie grew up and completed her undergraduate studies in Las Vegas, New Mexico before attending Emory University School of Law in Atlanta. During law school, she interned at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of New Mexico and was a member of Emory Law’s Volunteer Clinic for Veterans. She also gained experience handling regulatory issues with the Federal Aviation Administration, Southern Region.
As a staff member of Emory University’s Turner Environmental Law Clinic, Jamie worked on various environmental law issues related to agriculture, nuclear energy, public lands, and water quality. This encompassed both litigation and transactional work.
When she is not practicing law, Jamie enjoys cooking, golfing, being outdoors and spending time with family.
