Robin James practices in the firm’s Transactions group. Her interests encompass various aspects in real estate and commercial transactions and lending. She assists in preparing, reviewing, and negotiating leases and purchase agreements and other real estate and business documents. Robin also assists banks with loan document preparation and review and has helped with various aspects of renewable energy development projects. She received her law degree cum laude from the University of New Mexico School of Law, where she earned her Natural Resources and Environmental Law Certificate and served as Managing Editor of the Natural Resources Journal.
In her free time, Robin enjoys trail running in the Sandia Mountains and entering ultra-distance trail running events. She also enjoys mountain biking and skiing and hanging out with her husband and three dogs.
