Our Commitment to Diversity

Modrall Sperling is committed to creating a diverse workplace. In fact, fifty percent of the law students we have recruited over the last five years have been either women or minorities. Our success in achieving diversity in ethnicity and gender is reflected in our staff as well as our lawyers.

In addition, we are proud to count among our shareholders the first female president of the American Bar Association, Roberta Cooper Ramo. Recently, our firm was used as a model for diversity in law firms at the 2002 State Bar Convention in Arizona due to our relatively large percentage of female and Hispanic lawyers.
