Susan Bisong and Donald DeCandia Achieve Highest Rating from Martindale Hubbell
Susan Bisong practices primarily in the areas of water resources and environmental law, as well as insurance, tort and personal injury litigation. She provides representation, advice and counsel to businesses, industries, ranchers, farmers and individuals throughout New Mexico with respect to water rights transactions, administrative proceedings with the New Mexico Office of the State Engineer and litigation in state and federal court. In addition, she has significant experience in state and federal court litigation on behalf of insurance companies in the areas of coverage and bad faith. Susan received her undergraduate degree from Miami University and her law degree from the University of New Mexico.
Don DeCandia brings over 20 years of experience to his primary practice areas of products liability, tort and personal injury, and ERISA litigation. He has litigated complex commercial cases and class actions and has a depth of experience in appellate work. His extensive experience in ERISA litigation includes representation of life, health and disability insurers, HMOs, self-funded plans, plan sponsors, plan administrators, pension plans, and third-party administrators. Don has handled numerous products liability cases in the vehicle context, including the defense of several tire manufacturers in tire failure litigation. Don received his undergraduate degree from Notre Dame and his law degree from the University of Texas.
