Overview
Emma Palmer practices in Modrall Sperling’s Litigation Department, where she focuses on insurance disputes, personal injury, and employment benefits.
Born and raised in Albuquerque, Emma left the state to earn a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy and Administration focusing on judicial administration. During college, she was the president on the Political Affairs Society and a member of Pi Sigma Alpha, the National Political Science Honor Society.
While in law school at the University of New Mexico, Emma was a teaching assistant for various Constitutional law courses while being a research assistant for a professor. For two years, Emma was the vice president of the Moms of Law, providing mentorship for other parents attending the law school. Emma received the CALI awards in the Employment Benefits and Estate and Retirement Drafting courses. She received the National Association of Women Lawyers’ Award, which is presented to the recipient for academic achievement, interest, and contribution to the advancement of women in society.
When Emma is not practicing law, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter.
