Overview
Emily Windsor practices in the firm’s Litigation Department, focusing on labor and employment law, education law, personal injury, and commercial disputes.
Emily received her undergraduate degree in Mathematics and Psychology from New York University and earned her J.D. from University of Oregon School of Law, where she served as an Articles Editor on the Oregon Law Review. During law school, Emily completed a judicial externship with the Honorable Christopher L. Garrett of the Oregon Supreme Court. She also holds a master’s degree in Gender Studies from University College London.
Outside of her practice, Emily enjoys spending time with her dog, relaxing with family and friends, and unwinding with a good T.V. show.
