Overview
Abby Bannon-Schneebeck practices in the litigation group at Modrall Sperling. Her focus is predominantly on employment matters, personal injury claims, medical malpractice defense, and commercial disputes.
A native New Mexican, Abby traveled to Texas for her undergraduate degree in Political Science at Trinity University, where she graduated magna cum laude. While in college she ran track and became an NCAA Division III All-American in the 400 meter hurdles.
While attending law school at UNM, Abby was a member of numerous student groups and received the Roehl Mock Trial Award. She worked at a variety of local firms during law school, learning about both sides of civil litigation and criminal law.
Abby volunteers with the New Mexico Immigrant Law Center, where she helps organize pro bono clinics at Modrall Sperling for individuals seeking Special Immigrant Juvenile Status. She is also the Vice President of the Recent Graduate Chapter for the UNM School of Law Alumni Association.
When Abby is not practicing law, she is either coaching the Albuquerque High School track team or mock trial team, playing golf, cycling, or hanging out with her friends, family and dogs.
