Modrall Sperling Welcomes Two New Associates

Modrall Sperling is pleased to announce that Jennifer Kittleson and Dominic Martinez have joined our firm’s Albuquerque office. Both Kittleson and Martinez are graduates of the UNM School of Law class of 2017.

As a member of the firm’s Litigation Department, Jennifer focuses her practice on tort/personal injury and employment law, including employment discrimination and wrongful termination.  She graduated from UNM School of Law summa cum laude, where she served as a legal writing tutor and a member of the editorial staff of the New Mexico Law Review. While in law school, Jennifer earned several awards, including the Clinical Legal Education Association Outstanding Student Award, Irwin Stern Moise Award, Don G. McCormick Writing Prize, and LexisNexis Award .

Dominic, with a degree in Economics from Harvard College, earned his J.D. from UNM School of Law, where he worked as a clinical law student in the Business and Tax Clinic. Dominic earned several prestigious awards while attending law school, including the Daniels Diploma, awarded to the top-ranking law school graduate, the Salazar Prize, awarded to the top-ranking student after the second year of law school, and the UNM Law Alumni Association Scholarship, a full-tuition scholarship for law school.
