Transgender at Work: A Panel Discussion

As part of the Albuquerque EEO Seminar, Mia Kern Lardy spoke on the employment law aspects of transgendered employees in the workplace. Her presentation was entitled “The Practical:  What to Do — What Not to Do.” Other topics covered by panel members included “Helping an Employee with the Process,” and “Personal Experience:  Sharing of a Real Story of Transitioning at Work.”
