Attorney Chris Killion Joins Modrall Sperling

Chris’ practice is focused on issuing drilling, division order, and acquisition title opinions for clients seeking to develop lands for oil and gas in New Mexico and Texas. He has extensive experience in determining mineral and leasehold ownership and in determining the most effective and cost efficient means to cure title defects. His practice includes issuing title opinions for lands in the Permian and San Juan Basins.
