Jeremy Harrison’s practice is focused on civil litigation for local and national businesses, governmental entities, and local public schools. His experience includes defending clients involved in tort and personal injury matters, employment disputes, and other areas of civil litigation. Jeremy has experience in state and federal court litigation, and knowledge of federal practice and procedure in the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico and of appellate practice in the New Mexico Court of Appeals. In 2014, Jeremy was selected as a Southwest Rising Star by Southwest Super Lawyers®.

After graduating magna cum laude from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 2008, Jeremy spent two years clerking for the Honorable Judge Cynthia A. Fry on the New Mexico Court of Appeals, gaining valuable experience on civil litigation and the appellate process. Following that clerkship, Jeremy spent another year clerking for the Honorable Judge James A. Parker in the United States District Court, District of New Mexico where Jeremy was exposed to a wide variety of civil matters and gained experience with federal practice and procedure.

Jeremy is an active participant with the Second Judicial District Volunteer Attorney Project and provides pro bono services to New Mexico residents.
