Kateri Garcia West focuses her practice in general litigation and public finance. Prior to joining Modrall Sperling, Kateri gained experience at a prominent civil defense firm practicing in the areas of health law litigation and public finance.
While attending the University of New Mexico School of Law, Kateri gained a variety of valuable experiences. She practiced social justice advocacy as a W.K. Prior to law school, Kateri started her career as a mechanical engineer and spent a decade in medical sales for several Fortune 500 companies in local and national roles. Her volunteer work as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for children in the foster care system led her to law school.
