Receptionist

Are you a friendly, organized, and professional individual with excellent communication skills? Modrall Sperling Roehl Harris & Sisk, P.A is looking for a dedicated Receptionist to join our team and provide exceptional client service while supporting our administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet clients, visitors, and guests in a professional and courteous manner
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate personnel
• Manage and maintain office schedules, appointments, and meeting rooms
• Assist with office administrative tasks including filing, scanning, and data entry
• Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area
• Provide support to attorneys and staff as needed
• Coordinate mail, deliveries, and office supplies
• Ensure that all visitors follow office security protocols

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or legal coursework is a plus
• Prior receptionist or customer service experience, preferably in a law firm or legal environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
